ABOUT MEG

I've always been fascinated by people, asking questions and seeking to understand what contributes to the makeup of an individual. This curiosity led to obtaining a degree in Psychology and Intercultural Studies. My collective experiences since then have helped me realize that when an individual invests in their emotional, mental and spiritual well being, it overflows into relational growth and community flourishing. This is what led me to become an enneagram certified coach.

Over the past decade, my love of people and God brought me to an under-resourced neighborhood, where I live and worked in the nonprofit sector of community development, urban youth mentorship and citywide collaborations. My husband and I are licensed foster parents and a book within the genre of trauma-informed healing is always on our nightstand.

I love partnering with others to journey with them into holistic health and flourishing, and I’m committed to helping my clients take their power back in order to thrive in all areas of their lives.

MY ENNEAGRAM CERTIFICATION & BACKGROUND

I’m a type 7, always on the search for more fun and adventure, making the most of the everyday and ordinary. I found the enneagram to be a vital tool in my personal freedom, spiritual formation and invaluable in improving my relationships.

I am an Enneagram Certified Coach through completing the Becoming an Enneagram Coach certification process with Your Enneagram Coach, instructed by Beth McCord. This certification program is specifically geared to simplify deep enneagram insights through the lens of the gospel.
