INTRODUCTION
Group Workshops
The enneagram can be utilized as a transformative growth tool for teams or groups of any kind. Groups will benefit from understanding one another better in areas of communication styles, conflict resolution, values based motivations, and how individuals can be supported in stress. Group workshops will give an introduction to the enneagram as a whole, exploring how the system works, with an overview of the nine different types and how they interplay with one another. Group workshops can be customized to incorporate the language and values of your specific organization as well as consider desired outcomes for the success of your team. Workshops can be formatted to fit your needs, whether that is in a one time presentation or on-going trainings. INSIGHT
Individual Coaching Phase I
The six week long Insight package begins with an enneagram typing interview. This includes an assessment and interview in which we explore the ways you think, feel and intuitively experience life. The remaining five weeks will be spent diving into understanding yourself through the lens of your enneagram type, exploring areas including behavior patterns in stress and health, relationship dynamics, coping mechanisms, core motivations, and childhood wounds. These sessions are intended to increase your self-awareness, so that with gained language and insight you’re able to recognize and change patterns that are keeping you stuck.
INTEGRATION
Individual Coaching Phase II
Having completed phase I, equipped with new language and self-awareness, the Integration package is an additional six weeks dedicated to set you into motion. I will guide you out of the fog, and into clarity and wholeness through a structured coaching process that will help you to identify the specific areas you want to see growth in, set goals and see results. The Integration phase is customized to meet individual client needs.
